In 2011 Asiga launched the world's first LED based DLP 3D printer and started the affordable desktop stereolithography revolution which changed digital manufacturing forever.
Asiga won the MJSA's 2012 Thinking Ahead award for best new technology and gained international recognition for the innovations contained within the Pico and Pro platforms that continue to lead their respective categories to this day.
Asiga designs and manufactures all products at its headquarters in Sydney, Australia. Their in-house mechanical, electronics, software and materials teams ensure continued innovation and product improvement.
All Asiga printers offer:
OPEN ARCHITECTURE
Asiga's Open Material System provide compatibility with over 350 materials from the world's leading material manufacturers for maximum flexibility and productivity. Future proof your business and choose an Open 3D printer.
UNMATCHED ACCURACY
Asiga's unique SPS™ (Smart Positioning System) process guarantees every layer is formed accurately – every time. Accurate layer formation is the key to achieving consistently accurate results in any production environment.
TRUE UV CURING
3D printing materials cure faster at deeper UV wavelengths (385nm) reducing XY scattering and over-cure. The result is sharper detail definition, accuracy, production reliability and the ability to process water-clear materials.
BEST IN CLASS SUPPORT
Dentology and Asiga work closely together in providing a superior customer experience – from on-site installation and training, to free and unlimited lifetime technical support. Dentology has the largest installed user base of Asiga printers in Canada and as such has developed unmatched experience in helping dental professionals get the most out of their investment in 3D printing.
MAX UV
THE PERFECT PRINTER FOR THOSE WITH LOWER VOLUME PRINTING NEEDS
Asiga 3D printers are proven as best-in-class for digital dentistry and offer the highest accuracy of any commercial 3D printer due to the integration of several process monitoring technologies. These technologies ensure every layer is formed accurately resulting in a reliable output for quality assurance and patient safety.
Asiga's Smart Positioning System (SPS) is a series of positioning encoders that read the exact position of the build platform during every layer approach. This ensures that the next layer is exposed/formed only once the build platform target position has been reached. This is the first step in ensuring each layer is formed accurately.

PRO 4K80
LARGE FORMAT PRINTER FOR THOSE WITH GREATER PRINTING VOLUME NEEDS
The PRO 4K combines the latest 4K imaging technology with Asiga’s well proven Smart Positioning System (SPSTM) to produce a build volume 3x larger than our desktop 3D printers. Precision, reliability, speed and an Open Material System all come as standard to provide production continuity for the most demanding digital manufacturing environments.
The PRO 4K incorporates pixel shifting technology to increase part accuracy and surface definition without affecting printing time. 4K mode is a standard feature on every PRO 4K. Native pixel mode is also available for scientific applications requiring deterministic pixel behaviour.
